Refreshing Cranberry Drink


Cranberries are so nutritious and so full of vitamins! This drink is super refreshing and thirst-quenching...one sip will tell you why.


1 lb. fresh Cranberries
11 cups Water
3/4 cup Honey
1 Cheesecloth or Wrap 'N' Boil Bag


Wrap cranberries in cheesecloth and knot the bag. Place in a 4 quart pot, and add the honey and water to the pot. Bring to a boil. Simmer semi-covered over a medium heat for about 1 1/2 hours. Squeeze out cranberries and dispose of bag. Serve chilled.

Afterthoughts: The downside of this drink is that because this drink is so refreshing, I find myself reaching out for the cranberry drink instead of water whenever I'm thirsty. Print this post
