About Me

Esther Russ: When I was a young teenager my mom, Rochelle Weiss was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. She did a lot of research and finally learned about the SCD Diet. She became very close with Elaine Gottschall. Elaine was like an angel to her, guiding her step by step towards her road to recovery. As a young adult, my hobby was baking, and I made delicious SCD foods for my mom. Eventually, we realized the increasing demand for a SCD SuperStore, and we got to work. Fast forward to the year 2012. I'm happily married, and blessed with three charming kids. Although I do not have any digestive issues, I eat mostly SCD foods just because I love the way my body responds to it. Rather than feeling lethargic after a meal, I feel energized and invigorated. My family loves the SCD foods, and I take pride in it. My friends refer to me as a "health nut", and I'm so pleased with that title : ) Thanks for visiting my blog!
