  9. We're going with the Beef and Bacon Burger! For the past 3 years our family has been eating burgers without the bun, and I have to say these HOT new Buns are going to be an incredible launch to our summer grilling experience! Fresh ground tomatoes and herbs from our garden, chopped garlic, locally ground beef - humane and hormone free, all topped off with a few slices of crisp bacon, and best of all....THE BUN!!!!

  11. It really does not water what I put on it! I have been feeling so deprived lately that having a REAL burger would mean the world to me!!!!! It would make me feel whole again. I will have homemade salsa and jack cheese on one, I will have onions and swiss on another. . . .I will have lettuce, tomato, and cheddar on a third! It might just be a burger filled week.

  12. Not only would I love to put my own homemade turkey or beef burger on these buns with avocado, lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, and bacon, but I'm dying to take these buns with me to my favorite burger place and bring my own buns!

  14. My family and I are going to Atlanta in a couple of weeks to see some friends. I would love to take these buns to make a kosher hamburger or BBQ sandwich. We really miss our burgers since starting the SCD. And we really miss beef since we can't get kosher beef in Conway, AR! A SCD kosher hamburger would be AMAZING!

I would top those toasty buns with a thick beef patty marinated in SCD legal hot buffalo sauce, a layer of crumbled blue cheese with fried onion strings over that, a few slices of avocado with a creamy layer of SCD legal ranch dressing to top it all off!! The perfect combination of spicy and cool... My mouth is already watering!!! I have made my own ranch dressing and buffalo sauce before and I can't wait for a chance to try this out!!!

  18. A sandwich was always, always my favorite "food" from basic or veggie, or portabella burgers to every other kind of sandwich imaginable, including eggs-in-the pocket" for breakfast.
And good bread, to me, was the best part of any sandwich. It's noteworthy that, "manna" alone satisfied the Israelites for a long time!
So, these new buns would be such a treat, now.
All the comments so far attest to how much we miss bread.
If I won the bun, I'd try a green chili burger, some evening, or start off a day with a fried egg, cheddar cheese and green chili "burger" for a hearty late breakfast!
But my most missed food sharing event was the classic, "cheese, bread and thou" time.
I would invite a friend and set before us some warmed burger buns, fresh cheese, an Ariel or other alc-free wine and enjoy a special summer meal outside...not forgetting to count our blessings and thank God we live in such a bountiful country.
Thank you. Congratulations on the new buns!

  23. Wow. Just the thought of having an answer when my family says, "burgers again!" feels good. Burgers in our house are just that. Delicious but boring, grass-fed beef, grilled and served with legal mustard (and just recently with Digestive Wellness Ketchup!), and served at least three nights per week. I can see their faces already when I say, "yes, burgers, on onion rolls!" Thanks for your determination and delicious offerings.
